Party Oreos

I saw this idea for Party Oreos on the blog of a friend of mine and I *had* to make them for E's birthday.  They were so easy to make, which made it even better when they were a huge hit at the party.  It was well worth the time!  I had to rename them "Spare Tires" for our robot themed party, but they tasted much better than rubber.

*I would add as a side note to be sure to let the candy coating cool for a few minutes before dipping them.  With the first few that I did, the sprinkles and candy coating were falling off. Also, I would suggest shaking off the excess candy coating to help reduce that same problem.
